We offer 3 maintenance contracts:

The first guarantees the availability of your software and its development to keep pace with regulatory changes. All our customers receive updates ready for immediate use..


The second provides user support. Our team of technicians is available to answer questions related to the use of our software.

The third is a telematic platform contract, which sets out the ways in which customers can connect NCTS customs systems via our system. This contract will soon be extended to include Delta access in France and other European electronic customs systems.
